SHOP POLICIES

  • All items sold are considered second hand (or used) unless specified otherwise. So please read carefully.
  • Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or receive an item different than what you ordered. Please contact us via the shop form.
  • Stolen or Lost Packages: All packages are sent with tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once handed to the courier. Please contact your local courier if an issue should arise.
  • Address Change: Please make sure your address is correct. For address changes, please use the contact us form on the shop. We will reply as soon as possible. If you do not get confirmation on your email within 3-4 days, please let us know.
  • Reservations: Please only reserve items if you agree to wait for the specified arrival date. We do not accept cancellations on reserved items.

What is your shipping time?

From the moment we receive the order it can take 3-5 business days for processing and handling.


Shop Restocks

At times, the shop may be closed a few days if we have a major restock or new additions. Orders processed before the shop is closed will proceed as normal.
